As I state on my front page, I'm a biromantic heterosexual. I'm open to any sexuality - I'm happy for anyone brave enough to accept that they're not straight and I'm more than willing to support those who aren't.
Being of the LGBT community, you're bound to come across homophobia at some point or another.
Here's something to remember.
Opinions are okay. Threats are not.
I live with people who do not support homosexuality in the slightest and they are blatantly disappointed in me - they have been ever since I came out. I can live with the insults and snide comments I get. I don't care if they try to 'convert' me to their Christian heterosexuality like they try to do every day.
What I care about is when people are monstrous enough to actually think that we're less than human.
